Arrangement Details for an Event

Dr. Bowman and his wife Maggie will be touring in their 32’ motor home with their German Shepherd, Sadie.  They will need a place to park for the night and hook up their electric cord (minimum 20 Amp dedicated circuit).  Water nice, but not essential.  Sponsors will have to provide transportation from the RV site to events and return (no car in tow).  Lodgings not needed.  While on the road, the Bowmans can be reached on their cell phone (321) 752-5955.  They normally reach their destination city by 4 PM.  If you plan a dinner in a different location from the talk, it should be planned for two hours prior to the talk.  Please provide a lectern or podium, a PA system, and a literature table.  Thanks for all your hard work!
